Kansas Deer Hunts now available in unit 11 with Xtreme Hunts:
Xtreme Hunts will now be offering quality trophy whitetail hunts in Kansas. After several years of persistence and encouragement from our clients, we have been able to put together a quality unit in section 11 in Southeast Kansas in Bourbon and Crawford counties. The task of finding ground in Kansas was not hard by no means, but finding the right property that allows us to offer quality hunts our clients are accustomed to was a challenge. We feel that we have found property we can offer a limited number of hunts on to harvest bucks over 150” consistently. The area is near Pittsburg and Hepler,Kansas, a unit that is a leader in producing Pope & Young and Boone & Crockett bucks. All hunts are formatted for 5 days afield. Early September Muzzleloader, Rut Archery, and Rut Rifle hunts are all Fully Guided with meals and lodging. We are going to maintain a 150" minimum on our trophy bucks harvested so the potential of hunting a World Class Whitetail is at its fullest. It’s no secret that when trying to put your deer tag on a record book buck it requires very minimal hunting pressure. Xtreme Hunts will only be offering a very limited number of hunts. Video Your Deer Hunt:
New for 2012, Xtreme Hunts will be offering professional video hunts, With the hunter as the main focus, When Xtreme Hunts clients book a hunt, the client has the option to have there hunt videoed, Successful hunts will be aired on the Sportsmen Channel. Hunt Itinerary:
Upon arrival on Sunday morning prior to your afternoon hunt, you will meet with your guide, unpack your gear, and review your property and hunting guidelines. This is the time to share any special needs or desires with your guide to help make your hunt a success. In early afternoon, the guide will discuss the hunt and scouting information with you and get you into an appropriate stand for the start of a great hunt. Most hunts end after the Friday mornings hunt with a Friday departure.
